Epic Games wanted something special to celebrate the launch of PC Building Simulator 2 and came with the concept of a “live stream” set in the world of Tim’s Red Hot Repairs, alongside a game key give away. The original script built out the lore, and world of Tim’s Red Hot Repairs, as Barry, a hapless lead technician, hosts a just under 30 minutes show. Packed with game and PC culture references, as well as adverts for some rather dubious businesses, this piece mixed live action with carefully crafted “retro” motion graphics.
